Potato Leek Soup is a creamy, comforting soup made with potatoes and leeks.
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, melt butter and sauté leeks until softened.
Step 2
Add potatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Step 3
