Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Spread wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
