Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup consisting of broth, noodles, and various toppings.
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer.
Step 2
Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Step 3
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Add spinach to the broth and cook until wilted.
Step 4
Divide noodles into bowls and ladle hot broth over them. Top with boiled egg and green onions.
