Ricotta Stuffed Shells are large pasta shells filled with a creamy ricotta mixture and baked in marinara sauce.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, salt, and pepper.
Fill each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture. Place in a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
