Roasted Brussels Sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned to perfection.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Roast for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown, shaking the pan halfway through.
Step 4
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve hot.
