Roasted Chicken
Roasted Chicken is a classic dish with crispy skin and juicy meat, seasoned to perfection and roasted until golden brown.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2
Rub the chicken inside and out with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Stuff the cavity with lemon halves.
Step 4
Place chicken on a rack in a roasting pan and roast for 1-1.5 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
Step 5
Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
