Salmon en Papillote is a method of cooking salmon fillets in parchment paper with vegetables and seasonings.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut four pieces of parchment paper, each large enough to fold over a salmon fillet.
Place a salmon fillet in the center of each parchment piece. Top with lemon slices, zucchini, bell pepper, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Fold the parchment over the fish and crimp the edges to seal.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
