Sichuan Hot Pot is a spicy and flavorful Chinese dish where ingredients are cooked in a simmering pot of broth at the table.
Preparation
Step 1
In a pot, heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in hot pot base.
Step 2
Add broth, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Bring to a simmer.
Step 3
Place pot on a heat source at the table. Arrange meat and vegetables on plates.
Step 4
Cook ingredients in the hot pot broth until done. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
