Spanish Paella
Spanish Paella is a traditional rice dish cooked with saffron, seafood, and a variety of meats and vegetables.
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
Step 2
Stir in rice and saffron threads. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add white wine, broth, peas, tomatoes, chicken, shrimp, and mussels.
Step 4
Simmer until rice is tender and seafood is cooked, about 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
