Tabbouleh
Tabbouleh is a Middle Eastern salad made with bulgur, tomatoes, cucumbers, and parsley, dressed with lemon juice and olive oil.
Preparation
Step 1
Place bulgur in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Let sit for 15 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine bulgur, parsley, mint, tomatoes, and cucumber.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
