Tandoori Shrimp are shrimp marinated in a spiced yogurt mixture and grilled until smoky and flavorful.
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori spice mix, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and salt.
Step 2
Marinate shrimp in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
