Thai Spring Rolls
Thai Spring Rolls are fresh, light rolls filled with vegetables and sometimes shrimp, served with a dipping sauce.

Preparation
Step 1
Dip rice paper wrappers in warm water to soften.
Step 2
Place a small amount of lettuce, carrots, bean sprouts, shrimp, mint, and cilantro in the center of each wrapper.
Step 3
Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
Step 4
Mix hoisin sauce with peanut butter for dipping.
