Tiramisu
Tiramisu is an Italian dessert made of layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese, dusted with cocoa powder.

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and creamy. Fold in mascarpone cheese.
Step 2
Whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold into mascarpone mixture.
Step 3
Dip ladyfingers in coffee and layer in a dish.
Step 4
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat layers.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
