Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms
Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms are mushrooms filled with a savory mixture of cheese, breadcrumbs, and herbs.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
