Vietnamese Spring Rolls are fresh, light rolls filled with vegetables, herbs, and often shrimp or pork, served with a tangy dipping sauce.

Preparation

Step 1

Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.

Step 2

Place a wrapper on a flat surface and layer with lettuce, noodles, vegetables, herbs, and shrimp or chicken.

Step 3

Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.

Step 4

Mix hoisin sauce, peanut butter, and lime juice for the dipping sauce.
