Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is a moist and flavorful quick bread made with grated zucchini and spices, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix sugars, oil, and eggs until smooth. Stir in zucchini.
Step 4
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Step 5
Fold in nuts if using. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Step 6
Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
