With a rich background in teacher education, media studies, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition & food studies, music & music professions, applied psychology, communicative sciences & disorders, education policy, educational leadership, and art & art professions, has assumed roles as Head Chef, Manager, food stylist, and food photographer. Currently based in New York at NYU Steinhardt.
