Two women, one truck, and a Hialeah shift that starts at seven in the morning. The window opens on East Tenth Avenue with Cuban counter food built for one hand: croquetas by the order, empanadas in beef and in guava and cheese, pizza, and a house item the pair named after the truck itself. A short dessert list closes the board out. This is breakfast and lunch trade rather than dinner, and the shutters come down by late afternoon, with delivery covering whoever cannot get there.
