21ST AMENDMENT DISTILLERY – American

A Prohibition-themed room on 13th Avenue in Vero Beach where the spirits are distilled in-house, bourbon, rye, agave spirit, gin, vodka and rum, and the food is built to sit beside them. Pizzas do much of the work, the Pig and Fig with fig jam, bacon and arugula chief among them, alongside meatball and buffalo chicken versions and a Philly cheesesteak pizza-dilla. Fried bologna sliders, BLT deviled eggs, pickle dip, empanadas, a charcuterie board and bourbon barbecue ribs fill the rest; the coffee is aged in used bourbon barrels. Live music, cigars outside, and dogs welcome. Veteran-owned, dim and unhurried.
