Oviedo gets the full 3Natives playbook out of a small, fast-moving counter: acai bowls, cold-pressed juice and made-to-order wraps, with nothing held in advance. Bowls carry it, whether that is the PB&A, the Greek-yogurt Calypso with almond butter and berries, or the Nutella Crunch under chocolate almond crumbles. Breakfast runs to bagels and toast, the Nutty Nanner and the Avocado Mango among them; lunch means Buffalo Chicken and Tex Mex wraps and salads built on sous-vide chicken.
