Brisket is the house argument, smoked eighteen hours and served sliced, chopped as burnt ends, melted into a BBQ Melt or pressed into a smoked-pork Cuban. Pulled chicken, Texas sausage and smoked turkey share the board. Cheese grits, southern coleslaw, green beans and cornbread anchor the sides.
