4RIVERS SMOKEHOUSE – Restaurant
The second 4 Rivers ever opened, a mile south of downtown Winter Garden where Dillard Street meets West Colonial, and still the only one in the group with a drive-thru window. Inside, the counter runs the full smokehouse: Angus brisket smoked eighteen hours, twelve-hour pulled pork, burnt ends, Texas sausage, smoked turkey and St. Louis ribs finished on the grill with honey barbecue. Sides are the Southern canon, mac and cheese, Texas cornbread, collard greens, fried okra, and the bakery case has undone many good intentions. Open daily from eleven, with parking to spare. Barbecue that is worth the queue.
