West Granada Boulevard, four o'clock, and the raw bar is already shucking cold water northeastern oysters, raw or Rockefeller. This is Ormond Beach's fine dining outlier: a bar, a patio, and a kitchen that ranges further than its size suggests. Nigiri flights, hamachi tiradito and a saltwater cowboy roll come off the raw side, while the kitchen sends Korean fried chicken wings, white truffle flatbread, steak tataki, bao buns four ways, osso buco, branzino and steak frites laid over truffle fries. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Saturday, bar and patio only, with half price wines. Dress it up a little.
