A Latin American truck on Quail Roost Drive in south Miami-Dade, opening at midday and running to midnight, an hour later at weekends. The conceit is seven countries on one board, and it holds up: carne asada tacos and tacos de birria, pan con lechon, Honduran baleadas with fried cheese, quesadillas, tostones, a chicken chimichurri gyro, fried-meat platters and yaroa piled over chili fries. Churros and deep-fried Oreos handle dessert. Diners mention the seasoning on the birria and how far the portions stretch. This is late-night eating for people who refuse to pick one country.
