ABRACADABRA ICE CREAM FACTORY – American
Liquid nitrogen hisses across the counter and a few seconds later your ice cream exists, churned to order in front of you. That theatre is the point on North Main Street, where the flavour list runs to banana split, almond joy and coconut, with lactose-free options. Savoury holds its own: Philly cheesesteaks, Philly cheese fries, mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. Outside there are bounce houses and a play area for under-twelves, socks required, and the patio welcomes dogs. Owner John Gramley runs Spirit Night fundraisers from September through May and takes the trailer catering statewide. Doors open at eleven daily.
