A husband-and-wife shop on Ocean Shore Boulevard in Ormond Beach that has done exactly one thing since 2017: grilled cheese, taken seriously. Two dozen sandwiches sit on the board - the Cowboy Burger, French Dip, Cuban, Gobbler, Monte Cristo, Chicken Caprese, Spartichoke, the Big CheeZee - all griddled to order on white, wheat or gluten-free rye, all built with house-made cheese sauce. Each arrives with fries, house-made chips, Asiago mac and cheese or a cup of soup. Dessert grilled cheese on brioche runs to cookies and cream and cherry cheesecake. Tuesday through Saturday, eleven to seven. Small shop, big sandwich.
