AC HOTEL MIAMI BEACH – Restaurant

Three separate bars and counters share one Collins Avenue address in Miami Beach, and each owns a different part of the day. AC Kitchen opens first, a lobby-level spread of freshly baked pastries, artisan-cured meats and cheeses, yogurts, cereals and Nespresso coffee, from half past six on weekdays. By mid-morning the rooftop pool bar takes over until seven, pouring cocktails and cold non-alcoholic drinks beside the water. From five, Gin + Collins runs the lobby: coastal small plates with a Miami twist, botanical-accented gin cocktails, international wines and local craft beer, until half past ten. Pastry, poolside, and then gin.
