ADEGA GAUCHA – Restaurant

Gauchos working the whole floor with skewers straight off the fire — that is the whole proposition, and Adega Gaucha commits completely. The Orlando room runs a continuous churrasco: picanha, fraldinha, ancho ribeye, filet mignon, costela, cordeiro, bacon-wrapped steak, parmesan pork, linguiça, carved tableside until you signal enough. The Gourmet Table covers signature salads, charcuterie, carpaccio, hot dishes, grilled cinnamon pineapple and cheese with guava, and can be taken alone if the meat parade feels like too much. Pick three sides; corn brûlée, mashed potatoes and fried yucca earn their keep. Halal cuts are available. Doors open daily at 11:30.
