Aderet – Restaurant
A Preston Road fixture in North Dallas and one of the city's central kosher tables, open more than a decade under Dallas Kosher supervision. Owners Liron and Ronen run it with chef Kilma, and the kitchen is Mediterranean at heart: schnitzel, kabobs, grilled chicken breast, couscous, Israeli and Moroccan salads that arrive with hot pita. It does not stop there. Burgers, wings, onion rings, pasta and tacos share the same menu, which makes this a rare kosher room able to settle a family argument about dinner. Pareve desserts made daily, a Shabbat menu, an early Friday close, and Saturdays dark.
