AJA FOOD TRUCK KENDALL – Restaurant

The Kendall truck in a Miami operation built on Venezuelan and Colombian street food, parked on Southwest 136th Street and busiest well after dark. Burgers come piled with quail eggs, banana slices and bacon; hot dogs disappear under fiery salsas, shoestring fries and Latin American cheeses. Around them the board covers patacones, salchipapas, arepas, cachapas, tequeños, chicken tenders, quesadillas and empanadas in both national styles. Portions are outsized, prices are not, and the food comes out fast enough to eat on the hood of the car. Exactly what it sets out to be, nothing more. Bring an appetite and napkins.
