Colombian street food that does not open until six in the evening and keeps going until one in the morning, which tells you most of what you need to know. Salchipapas are the anchor, fries buried under sausage and sauces, with patacones, burgers and hot dogs filling out a short board built for eating late and standing up. The room is plain and the cooking is not trying to be anything other than what it is. Diners from the coast keep saying it tastes like Barranquilla, which is the highest compliment available. Cheap, fast, and open when nothing else is.
