AKI JAPANESE BUFFET – Restaurant

At 9605 NW 41st Street in Doral, AKI Japanese Buffet runs an all-you-can-eat spread built around a sushi bar and a teppan hibachi grill. More than thirty rolls rotate through service, maki, nigiri, specialty combinations cut and plated continuously rather than sitting under a heat lamp. At the hibachi station, diners pick their own proteins, shrimp, steak, chicken, squid, vegetables, and watch it cooked to order on the flat-top. The room draws families for that: kids watch the show while adults work through the rolls. Closed Tuesdays; open midday and evenings the rest of the week for lunch and dinner.
