AL FORNO NEAPOLITAN WOOD FIRED PIZZA – Pizza

Neapolitan pizza taken seriously in a casual Miami room, where the wood oven does most of the work and the ingredient list stays short on purpose. Fresh-made dough meets imported San Marzano tomatoes, imported mozzarella and extra virgin olive oil, a formula the founders carried over from Italian and Sicilian family kitchens. Order the margherita to judge them properly, or the spinacina with spinach, chicken and ricotta. Lasagna, panini and focaccia round out the menu, and dessert means cannoli, tiramisu or cheesecake. Doors open Tuesday through Sunday from late morning until late evening. Char, chew, tomato. Nothing else is needed.
