Chicago deep dish in north Florida, plus New York rounds and a gluten-free crust for good measure. Ale Pie House built its following on St Johns Avenue in Jacksonville before moving the kitchen to a larger Wells Road space in Orange Park. The specialty pies do the talking: the Picasso with prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, basil and fresh mozzarella, and a pesto pie stacked with artichoke hearts, green olives, pineapple, goat cheese and feta. Beyond pizza there is spaghetti with grandma's meatballs, lobster ravioli, baked ziti and bacon cheese fries. Casual, family-shaped, and genuinely built for a large group order.
