What began as a stall at a Pace farmers market in 2023 grew through a Palafox Market tent and a permanent kiosk before landing its own sit-down Asian cafe. Drinks lead: milk teas, fruit teas, refreshers and coffee, built to order with tapioca. The snack side runs sweet and savoury at once, from spam musubi to taiyaki, the fish-shaped waffles filled and handed over warm. Fuller Asian plates including pancit, lumpia and barbecue skewers are planned for weekends. Customers keep praising the drink range and the welcome. A Panhandle operation that grew up in public, one cup at a time.
