ALL STARS ROLLING CAFE – Restaurant

A rolling kitchen parked up on Southwest 107th Avenue, in the Princeton-Goulds stretch of south Miami-Dade County, working a menu that flatly refuses to pick a lane. Crepes come sweet and savoury off the same griddle, Venezuelan arepas arrive split and stuffed to order, and tacos, shakes and smoothies fill out the remainder of the board. It is the kind of operation where breakfast, lunch and a dessert run are all equally plausible reasons to pull over. The truck also takes catering bookings for parties, events and office lunches. Small window, broad range, nothing on it pretending to be complicated.
