ALL YOU NEED – Restaurant

A cafe built around two things done properly: the cup and the plate. Bread is naturally fermented for more than twenty-four hours; the coffee comes from a single Honduran growing region. The all-day menu reads European with a Ukrainian heart, running borscht, pelmeni dumplings, holubtsi, chicken Kyiv, the house burger on brioche, duck with buckwheat and smoky grilled oyster mushrooms, and avocado sourdough with feta and caramelised onion. Salads range from Caesar to salmon citrus. Finish with tiramisu, meringue or honey cake. Two Miami-area rooms, catering available on request, staff who remember faces. Brunch here is a long, unhurried affair.
