Baleadas anchor the menu, flour tortillas folded around fried beans, cheese and avocado cream, with egg and chorizo versions for the morning. Pollo ceibeno arrives well seasoned, steak plates come loaded with sweet plantains, beans, avocado, cream and tortillas, and the beef soup is a fixture. Diners keep returning for the chicken, the beef soup and the attentiveness of the people who run the room. Delivery is also available. Cheap, filling and unmistakably Catracho.
