Lebanese street food on East Atlantic Avenue, built around a wood-burning oven that turns out pita, wraps and man'oushe flatbreads to order. Shawarma is the headline act, chicken and beef, carved and rolled or served over rice in a bowl. The falafel is made in house, and the rest of the counter runs through chicken shish tauk, a wagyu steak kebab, hummus and a row of bright salads. Pistachio baklava closes it out. The format is quick and casual, geared to downtown foot traffic and takeaway, though the cooking is more careful than the counter suggests. Fast food, done Lebanese.
