AMBER BROOKE FARMS SMASH BURGER TRUCK – Restaurant

The ABF Smash Burger Truck is Amber Brooke Farms' own kitchen on wheels, parked among the U-pick fields off County Road 44A in Eustis. It runs when the farm runs: festival Fridays through Sundays, blueberry and sunflower weekends, the long autumn pumpkin season. The order is straightforward, smash burgers off the flat-top, hot dogs, and fresh-cut fries fried in beef tallow. Around it the farm pours lemonade, slushies, beer and wine, and the Sweet Barn turns out apple cider donuts. Weekends add live music and a half-price happy hour. Cashless, outdoors, no outside coolers. Farm food, eaten in a field.
