Key West mornings start here, on Greene Street, with cafe con leche and a Cuban sandwich pressed to order. Ana's is a small counter-service Cuban cafe that opens at seven and closes by mid-afternoon, which tells you exactly who it is for: people who eat early. Breakfast covers omelettes, bagels and fruit salad; lunch brings the Spicy Cuban, BBQ pork and hot ham and cheese, plus empanadas. The platters are the real value, Cuban roast pork, ropa vieja, chicken breast, breaded shrimp or fish of the day, all with rice, black beans, plantains and Cuban toast. Smoothies and shakes too.
