The restaurant inside the Apollo Beach racquet and fitness club, and open to anyone, not just members. Modern comfort food runs Tuesday through Saturday from late morning to evening, with a full bar, craft beer and a short curated wine list behind it. Expect a margherita flatbread, chicken parmigiana over spaghetti, shrimp and grits, fettuccine alfredo with salmon, fish tacos, a southwest salad, and sandwiches from a French dip to a Reuben, a patty melt and buffalo chicken. There is a golf simulator in the room. Quiet, close to home, and genuinely a restaurant rather than a club snack bar.
