The National's poolside kitchen works in the open air alongside one of the longest pools on Miami Beach, and the cooking is pitched squarely at that setting. Expect salads that stay crisp in the heat, satays off the grill, burgers, and tropical appetizers meant to be shared across a lounger rather than a tablecloth. The drinks list is the real centrepiece: tropically infused martinis, margaritas, caipirinhas and sangria available by the pitcher, with craft beer and wine alongside.
