An evening-only areperia with two Miami addresses, opening late afternoon and running past midnight, well past two on Friday and Saturday. The premise is simple and Venezuelan: every arepa comes with cheese in it, then you decide how far to go. Reina pepiada brings shredded chicken and avocado, chicken with mushrooms is the comfort pick, and the house Arepacon and Built U Arepa are the maximalist options. Cachapas, tequeños and a plain cheese arepa cover the rest. Prices sit in the low teens. Delivery and pickup run alongside the counter. A late-night corn-flour habit that is very hard to break.
