Two businesses under one roof on US Highway 19 in Port Richey: a full Italian dining room and a pastry shop, with Sal Argento and family working as second-generation pastry chefs after three decades at it. The kitchen sends out lasagna, chicken and veal parmigiana, fried calamari and shrimp fra diavolo in portions people warn each other about. The bakery bakes everything on site, from cannoli and cheesecake to grain pies, honey balls, rainbow cookies and butter cookies, plus wedding and birthday cakes. Outdoor seating was added recently. Closed on Mondays, so plan the cannoli run for some other day.
