West Bay Drive, indoors or out on the patio, with a bar taking Indian whisky seriously: Amrut on the shelf, Indian beer cold, cocktails made to order, plus whisky masterclasses. The kitchen runs a buffet from late morning to afternoon, grander at weekends, then a full menu behind it - tandoori fish from the clay oven, a Chicken 65 curry, biryani, korma, vegetarian curries and the house sizzlers. Everything is cooked to order, and regulars say the wait earns it. Staff who remember names and usual orders come up again and again. Vegetarians and vegans are served, not merely accommodated.
