Right on the Hollywood Broadwalk with the ocean in view, At Peru puts Peruvian cooking on outdoor tables from breakfast until nearly midnight, seven days a week. Lomo saltado stir-fries beef tenderloin with tomato and onion and lands with both rice and French fries. Ceviche comes cured in lime juice with red onion and fresh cilantro. Pulpo parrillero is grilled octopus in panca pepper sauce with potatoes; red snapper and salmon round out the seafood. There is a full bar, a happy hour and karaoke. Groups and families fit easily. Sea air, a drink in hand, and unhurried Peruvian plates.
