ATIPIC MIX – Restaurant

The self-declared house of the atypical empanada, a small mobile operation whose sauces are made from scratch on site. The empanadas carry dance names: Mapale with shredded beef, criollo sauce and yellow potato; Cumbia with shredded chicken, corn and a house cheese sauce; plain cheese for purists. Around them sits Colombian street food done loud, salchipapa with sausage and fries, maicitos piled with sweet corn, potato sticks and house sauces, an Atipic hotdog under bacon, cheese and crispy onion, a burger stacked with coleslaw. Mangonada, passion fruit and strawberry-banana frozen drinks and milkshakes cool it down. Small kitchen, big flavours.
