A small mobile coffee operation working the Bonifay stretch of Highway 79, open before seven on weekday mornings and packed away again by early afternoon. The drinks list has personality: the Cookie Butter Latte, the Bishop, the Salty Uncle, Lil' Red Hen, alongside straight americanos, iced lattes, matcha, specialty teas, kids' drinks and a row of energy sodas built on Alani and Red Bull. Food stays short and homemade, with sourdough bread, desserts, and breakfast sandwiches of egg with sausage or bacon on an English muffin or bagel. Closed Wednesdays and Sundays.
