An all-day cafe on Brickell Avenue from Miami chef Henry Hane, where the pastry case does half the talking: pistachio and dulce de leche croissants, guava-and-cheese danish, kouign amann, macarons and small cakes. The kitchen runs breakfast into late lunch, with croque madame on house croissant loaf, pastelito pancakes under guava and brown-butter maple, chilaquiles, lump crab eggs benedict and a reina pepiada arepa. Later come Mediterranean kale salad, spaghetti carbonara, spicy short rib pasta and the swag burger. No reservations, pet-friendly patio, doors eight until five. Arrive for the coffee and you will leave carrying a box of pastries.
